Signature Package

Month of/Day of Event Coordination

This is our basic package, which is our month of/day of package. This package is for the bride & groom who has time and wants to do most of the planning themselves, but needs a professional to come in that final month to be there on the day of the event & execute their vision & plans. With this package, we begin meeting about 4-6 weeks prior to your event date.

The Signature Package includes the following services:

  • (1) Complimentary consultation meeting
  • (1) Final detail meeting to be scheduled 4-6 weeks prior to create itinerary and timeline
  • Etiquette advice and suggestions
  • Detailed and Personalized Timeline
  • Vendor confirmations 2 weeks before your event
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails from detail meeting until wedding day
  • Send out final timeline to all vendors & venue
  • Bridal party and family liaison
  • (1) Hour rehearsal coordination for ceremony and collect wedding items at that time
  • Delivery and set up of all wedding day items (guest book, toasting glasses, cake knife and server, favors, placecards, table numbers, candles, etc.) and box up these items at the end of the event
  • Wedding coordination kit filled with last minute supplies
  • Pin on corsages and boutonnieres for honored guests and bridal party
  • Coordinate and cue ceremony
  • Coordinate reception events with DJ making sure the evening flows smoothly
  • Point person for all vendors & venue on the day of your event
  • Keep your event on schedule per timeline
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities as needed to vendors
  • Transport gifts to onsite honeymoon suite or car
  • (1) Wedding day assistant included for guest count up to 200 guests
  • Additional assistants to be added on for $200 for guest counts exceeding 200 people
  • (8) hours of coordination service on wedding day
  • Additional time can be added on for $100 per hour

Premium Package

Complete Event Consulting and Coordination

This is our most popular package, which includes everything in the Signature package plus great vendor referrals, additional meetings, and a month-to-month bridal checklist to keep our couples on track with their ‘to-do’ list. This package is for the bride and groom who want professional advice and guidance throughout the planning process.

The Premium Package includes the following services:

  • Everything in the Signature Package
  • (3) additional consultation meetings spread out throughout the planning process to discuss venue, vendors, budget, design, etiquette, ceremony and reception details
  • (1) Menu tasting or final walk-through with your on-site catering manager
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails throughout the planning process
  • Vendor referrals for your ceremony and reception
  • Month to month bridal checklist
  • Rehearsal dinner venue suggestions
  • (1) additional hour of coordination service on wedding day totaling (9) hours
  • Additional time can be added on for $100 per hour

Ultimate Package

Full Service Coordination

This is our full service package, which is designed for the bride & groom that desires full hand held guidance and coordination from the engagement to the honeymoon. This package is personalized and customized specifically for each couple, to exceed expectations.

The Ultimate package includes the following services:

  • Everything in the Premium Package
  • Venue search, selection and negotiation
  • Set up and accompany you to all vendor appointments helping with the decision process
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails from date of contract until the event date
  • Confirmation of hotel accommodations
  • Complete coordination of the rehearsal dinner
  • Assistance tracking vendor deposits, payments and due dates
  • Budget spreadsheet showing when payments are due and how much you’ve spent
  • (2) Wedding day assistants on wedding day
  • (1) more additional hour of coordination service on wedding day totaling (10) hours

Enhanced Cocktail Hour

The Enhanced Cocktail Hour is an innovative way, using QR Codes, to invite your guests to play a part in your wedding day as well as learn a little more about you as the bride & groom. There are three different options to choose from to enhance your cocktail hour. You can choose one or all three – entirely up to you.

Photo Montage – $150

This is a collection of 30 photos (10 of the bride, 10 of the groom, and 10 of your courtship) set to music for your guests to view directly on their smart phones during your cocktail hour. There will be frames placed on each cocktail table with a QR Code directing your guests to YouTube. The video will be unlisted on YouTube but will be available for your wedding guests only. Photos will need to be collected 4-6 weeks prior to your event date. This is a unique way to share special moments of your life with your friends & family.

Meet the Bride & Groom – $150

This is a short story of how you met, how you fell in love, the proposal, the engagement and your plans for the future. Your short story will be in the form of text that your guests can enjoy directly from their smart phones during cocktail hour. By scanning the QR Code from the frames placed on each cocktail table, this option will direct your guests to ‘your story’. This is a fun way for your guests to learn something new about you and the love that you share.

Audio Message – $150

This is a way for guests to leave a voice message to you during cocktail hour. Your guests will have the opportunity to leave an encouraging and heartfelt message, congratulating you on your special day. By scanning the QR Code from the frames placed on each cocktail table, your guests will be connected to a voice mailbox dedicated specifically for you – the bride & groom. The messages will then be transferred onto a CD as a keepsake for you. For those guests who may not have a QR Code reader, a phone number will be created & included so they can also participate. This is a special way to always have and hear those words of affirmation from your friends and family who are there to celebrate you – an audio guest book!

Each enhancement is $150 separately or $400 for all 3 options.
Frames included in price (your choice of silver, gold or black frames) up to 6 total frames.

 

Video Services

Photo Montage Presentation – $400

The Photo Montage Presentation is a collection of photos of your life & courtship that are presented onto a DVD with your choice of music to be played during the dinner portion of your reception. This is a great way to share special moments of your life with your family and friends on your wedding day. The Montage will include 75 photos (25 of the bride growing up, 25 of the groom growing up, and 25 of your courtship and engagement) set with titles and music of your choice. Photos will need to be collected 6-8 weeks prior to your event date and final viewing will be scheduled 2 weeks prior. (3) DVD copies included in package price. Screen & Projector not included; they will need to be provided by your venue. Additional DVD copies are available for $15.
